Thwane Bush Camp is located in the heart of the Vredefort Dome World Heritage Site approxiamately 12 km from Vredefort and 20 km from Parys, a small vibrant town on the banks of the Vaal River.
Parys offers a variety of restaurants, art gallery's, antique shops, cafes, golf courses and water related activities Centrally situated between Gauteng, Free State and North West Province, Thwane Bush Camp is 2 hours drive away from Pretoria in the North, Klerksdorp in the West and Welkom/Kroonstad in the South. You stop using your inbuilt compass and your innate sence of which way is up ! - Any one can navigate by instinct - if you can't, there is something wrong and you should be in jail "
